2. When do you have restocks? We put most items that we will restock on pre-orders with an estimated arrival date, for all other restocks, join our customer club to be the first to know about restocks

5. How do I send a complaint? Fill out this form, and we will contact you to find a solution.
6. Where do I find my order confirmation / tracking link? Please check your different email folders: main, social, spam to find it in your email or login to your account to view your order status and find tracking URL.
7. What happens if shipping carrier does not find my address? We will try to resend the package when it is returned back to us, but first contact you in case we need to change the address. If you know you provided the wrong address, please email us the correct address.
8. I have ordered a pre-order item, when will it come? We have included an estimated date for when we send out pre-order items in the product description, if it is not shipped out 5 days after this day you should contact us so we can investigate further.
9. Can I change my order? If you need to change your order, send an email that contains the word "change" and tell us which product and size you want.
NB! Please read the whole FAQ before contacting us. We can also process your request faster if you contact us from the same email you made the purchase with. If you have both gmail and hotmail, check which mail you got the order confirmation on.
