Returns & Exchanges

Was the product different than you expected or do you need to change the size? Here you will find information on how to proceed when you have sent back your order or wish to make an exchange. Keep in mind, you have 14 days from the time you receive your package to decide if you want to return your product(s).
Remember it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your deposit slip. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to reach us and begin processing at our store.

Return policy

- The product must be in new condition with tags still attached.
- The return is made at your own cost.
- To avoid an complications mark the package RETURNED GOODS and fill out the return form.

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- If the returned product/products is dirty (make-up etc) or damaged we have the right to decline your return. You’ll be notified by e-mail, and your return will be sent back on your cost.

 

Cancel policy

According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice here before sending back your order.
Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days of your cancellation.
The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.
If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of the them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days from the collection of the goods.
We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

Complaints

If you want to make a complaint contact us here as soon as the damages is noticed, but not later than 7 days after delivery.
When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably a picture.
If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost. Please contact us if you need any help!
